My  Story 

Welcome to Blossom Acupuncture! I’m Adrienne, the heart & soul behind this creation. Shortly after graduating from Scripps College in 2012 with a B.A in Latin America Studies, I took off on a one-way plane ticket to Santiago, Chile. Over the next 9 months I backpacked my way through South America. At the end of my journey I found a puppy in Colombia, named her Wayu, and promptly flew home with her to Los Angeles!

For next couple of years I found myself doing a work-trade in Hawaii, working as a nanny, clerking in a physical therapy office, selling sourdough and lettuce at the Santa Monica Farmers Market, going to cooking school in New York City and starting my own business, training to be a yoga teacher, training to be a birth doula, backpacking in Patagonia for 3 months, and teaching preschool in Boulder. Oh to be in your 20’s!

In 2019 I landed back in Los Angeles and while working at Patagonia, decided that the time had finally come to do what I love and go to school for Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine. I graduated in 2025 with a Masters Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine. I am now a California Board Certified Acupuncturist and Herbalist, having treated over 500 patients. During graduate school I had the honor to intern at the Venice Family Clinic where I treated low-income patients in both English and Spanish.

I have blossomed many times, I continue to blossom daily, weekly, monthly, yearly into a new beautiful version of myself. It is my honor to be a part of YOUR blooming and blossoming journey!
