Initial assessment & Acupuncture treatment $125

A Comprehensive Health Intake: detailed discussion of your primary concerns, medical history, lifestyle, stress levels, and wellness goals to understand the root cause of your symptoms and how to best assist your body.

Traditional Diagnostic Assessment:I will examine your tongue’s shape, color, and coating, as well as evaluate the speed, rhythm, and strength of your pulse. In Acupuncture and Traditional East Asian Medicine, these subtle diagnostic markers reflect the internal state of your organs and overall energy flow (Qi).

Targeted Acupuncture Treatment: Once a diagnosis is established, hair-thin, single-use sterile needles are gently inserted into specific acupuncture points. Most patients feel little to no discomfort—often reporting a mild sensation of heaviness, tingling, or warmth.

Rest & Deep Relaxation: Once the needles are placed, you will rest comfortably for 35-45 minutes. Most patients enter a state of deep relaxation or fall asleep during this time!

Return patient acupuncture treatment $100

After your initial assessment and treatment I/we will move forward with a proposed personalized care plan. Weekly or bi-weekly visits are recommended. I will prescribe herbal formulas that work deep in the body to make changes.

Fire Cupping $80

Fire cupping is a traditional East Asian healing technique that uses gentle suction, created by heat in a glass cup, to relieve muscle tension, increase blood circulation, and promote overall healing. Cupping supports respiratory health, encourages the movement of lymph, improves circulation and eases/releases muscle tension.
